The clear-and-simple version
Site terms.
These terms describe the basic rules for using TemplateDeals.net and purchasing our digital website templates.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
Using this site
You may browse the site and use its content for evaluating TemplateDeals.net products. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or misuse the site, its previews, or its branding.
Template licenses
A template purchase grants a limited license to use that template for one finished website, unless the product listing or accompanying license says otherwise. That website may be your own or one you build for a client, and the client may keep it. Each additional website needs an additional purchase.
Templates and source files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, given away, or offered as competing template products. Handing the finished website and its files to the client it was built for is fine. Passing on the template itself, so that it can be reused to build other sites, is not.
Products and pricing
Template availability, features, and prices may change. We aim to describe every product accurately, but display colors and third-party platform behavior can vary.
Digital purchases
Because templates are digital products, purchases are generally final except where required by law or when supplied files have a verified technical defect. Contact us if you experience a problem.
Third-party services
Some templates may work with outside platforms, fonts, images, plugins, hosting providers, or other services. Their terms, fees, availability, and performance are controlled by their respective providers.
Analytics and advertising
We collect basic information about how visitors use this site. Our own analytics software runs on our own server and records page views, referring sites, approximate location, and browser type. We do not sell that data or share it with anyone.
We also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Facebook. It tells Meta that you visited this site so we can measure whether our ads work and show them to people who have looked at our templates. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.
You can opt out of Meta's ad tracking in your Facebook ad preferences, or block both by turning on your browser's tracking prevention or using an ad blocker. Neither affects your ability to browse this site or buy a template.
